 Lisa Smith-Batchen is a world reknowned elite ultra runner, ironman competitor and adventure racer. Lisa is a woman of many "firsts". She is the first American to win the Marathon des Sables      stage-race through the Moroccan desert and has twice won the Badwater Ultramarathon, which is considered one of the toughest races in the world. She is also the first and only person to ever have run 50 miles a day in 50 states in the USA in 62 days!
Lisa is also a proven coach and motivator whose knowledge of health, fitness and nutrition has helped hundreds of individuals achieve their specific goals and dreams.

Shane Benzie - professional coach and movement specialist


  Shane is a running technique coach, movement specialist and researcher. He specialises in coaching a running form that concentrates on maximising efficiency and reducing the effects of impact on the body.

Michael (Mike) Stashin is an efficient technique running instructor based in Ottawa Canada who has a passion for introducing runners to simple changes they can make to reduce the amount of effort as well as the potential for injury due to impact.

Mike has used the techniques he teaches to successfully complete the Grand to Grand Ultra in 2013. He has also completed other ultra endurance events such as Running 14 Marathons in 14 Consecutive Days, the 250km Marathons Des Sables, and the 100 Mile Yukon Arctic Ultra.
